With over 28 years of experience, particularly in high-rise buildings, Mr. Chowdhury has played a pivotal role in some of the country’s most iconic projects. Among his notable works are the Swissotel Hotel a 29-story with 3 basements in Gulshan, Eureka Tower a 30 - story with 5 basements commercial building in Gulshan and a 25 - story with 3 basements commercial building in Bashundhara. Mr. Chowdhury holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), graduating in 1993. He also completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Science and Technology (USTC) in 2004. A registered Professional Engineer (PEng.), Mr. Chowdhury is a founding member and convenor of the Bangladesh Association of Structural Engineers (BASE) (https://basebd.org) and a life member of ACECOMS (AIT) in Bangkok. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and a member of the Bangladesh Earthquake Society (BES).
